Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and functional activities
• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with therapists and team members
• Help maintain an energetic and patient-centered clinic atmosphere

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team
