Front Desk / Patient Experience Coordinator (Full-Time, Growth Opportunity)

About the Role
This position plays a critical role in the daily success of the clinic. You will be the first point of contact for patients and a central part of scheduling, communication, and overall clinic flow.
This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role that requires strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize quickly, and confidence in handling multiple tasks at once.
1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, administrative, or medical office role preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system efficiently
Schedule patients across multiple providers while optimizing clinic flow
Verify insurance benefits and clearly communicate patient financial responsibility
Collect payments and confidently discuss billing and costs with patients
Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR system
Support overall clinic operations, organization, and daily efficiency

Strong communication and customer service skills
High level of organization and ability to multitask under pressure
Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
Confidence discussing financial matters with patients
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, EHR systems)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
Experience in a medical office or physical therapy setting
Familiarity with insurance verification and eligibility
Basic understanding of medical terminology, CPT/ICD-10
Experience coordinating schedules for multiple providers
